Tasty and light dish of baked goats cheese with caramelised pear topped with pine nuts, served on a salad with carasau, a thin flat crispy Sardinian bread.

Succulent chicken breast butterfly sliced with a parma ham centre, resting on a bed of dauphinoise potatoes and smothered in a creamy blanket of rich sauce cooked with an array of Italian cheeses.
