Antipasto Franco A selection of mixed Italian cured meats served with sun dried tomatoes, juicy olives and mozzarella, served with pane carasau, a very thin crispy Sardinian bread.
Caprino con le mele (V) A chunky slice of creamy toasted goats cheese topped with caramelised apple, served with pane carasau, a very thin crispy Sardinian bread.
Capesante Gratinate Scallops pan fried with garlic, cream and white wine, topped with breadcrumbs and toasted.
Funghi all’aglio (V) Button mushrooms sautéed in chefs special garlic butter served with toasted bread in a parmesan cheese basket.
Pollo alla Crema di Funghi Porcini Chicken breast pan fried in a creamy garlic and white wine sauce with porcini mushrooms.
Filetto Rustico (£3.00 Extra) 8 oz char grilled fillet steak wrapped in smoked ham, with a melted Taleggio cheese top, served in a rich porcini mushroom and Marsala wine demiglace.
Stinco d’agnello (£1.50 Extra) Slow cooked lamb shank, served with homemade mashed potato in a Madeira sauce
Tagliatelle Con Polpette Tagliatelle pasta ribbons served with meatballs and cooked in an Italian herb and tomato ragu
Ravioli Saporiti (V) Ravioli pasta filled with spinach and ricotta, then drizzled in a light buttery sauce and infused with sage and garlic
Rotolino di Spigola Fillets of sea bass wrapped in prosciutto ham rolled around asparagus spears, all drizzled in a cherry tomato and lobster bisque
