Pieces of brie cheese coated in breadcrumbs and fried. Drizzled with a cranberry fruit reduction.
ZUPPA INVERNALE (V)
A warming winter soup made with locally farmed vegetables, with garlic butter infused croutons and gently seasoned.
BRUSCHETTA MARE E MONTI
Trio of toasted bread topped with roast duck breast and caramelized onions, smoked salmon and caviar, finished with tomato, onions, mozzarella and basil pesto.
VERDURE GRIGLIATE (V)
A Mediterranean roasted vegetables and feta cheese salad drizzled with pesto dressing and balsamic vinegar.
TRIO DI PESCE
Thin slices of Scottish salmon, tuna and swordfish served with pane carasau, a thin crispy Sardinian bread.
STRACCCIETTE ALLA PIZZAIOLA
Strips of beef fillet with olives, capers, garlic, white wine and oregano, cooked in a rich tomato sauce.
Butterfly chicken pan fried with garlic, chilli, cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes and white wine, finished in Italian herbs and tomato sauce.
PACCHERI AL RAGÙ DI CERVO
Traditional dish consisting of paccheri, wide pasta tubes seasoned with garlic, tomatoes and herbs served with a delicious venison ragù. Enjoy with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
CALZONE VEGETARIANO (V)
Generous portion of a folded pizza stuffed with mozzarella, seasonal grilled vegetables topped with a Napoli tomato sauce.
SALMONE AL SALMARIGLIO
Scottish salmon fillet lightly seasoned, chargrilled and finished in salmariglio dressing made with fresh parsley, garlic, lemon and extra virgin oil.
