Starters

CARPACCIO DI MANZO
Marinated juicy beef fillet with porcini and truffle, thinly sliced and served with pane carasau, a thin flat crispy Sardinian bread, and pecorino cheese.

ZUPPA INVERNALE (V)
A warming winter soup made with locally farmed vegetables, with garlic butter infused croutons and gently seasoned.

BRUSCHETTA MARE E MONTI
Trio of toasted bread topped with roast duck breast and caramelized onions, smoked salmon and caviar, finished with tomato, onions, mozzarella and basil pesto.

CAPRINO FELICE (V)
Tasty and light dish of baked goats cheese with caramelised pear topped with pine nuts, served on a salad with carasau, a thin flat crispy Sardinian bread.

FUNGHI NATALE (V)
Baked portabello mushroom, coated with breadcrumb, stuffed with courgette and goats cheese filling, finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Main Courses

STINCO DIAGNELLO (£1.50 EXTRA)
Mouth-watering slow cooked lamb shank. Served on a bed of home made mashed potato. Finished with a Madeira sauce.

POLLO DIAVOLA
Butterfly chicken pan fried with garlic, chilli, cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes and white wine, finished in Italian herbs and tomato sauce.

BRANZINO ALL’ACQUA PAZZA
Fresh seabass cooked with olives, parsley, capers, garlic, fresh tomatoes, finished in a white wine sauce.

CALZONE VEGETARIANO (V)
Generous portion of a folded pizza stuffed with seasonal grilled vegetables topped with a Napoli tomato sauce.

PACCHERIAL RAGÙ DI CERVO
Traditional dish consisting of paccheri, wide pasta tubes seasoned with garlic, tomatoes and herbs served with a delicious venison ragù. Enjoy with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.

FILETTO AL ROSMARINO (£3.00 EXTRA)
Chargrilled 9oz fillet steak cooked to your liking, served in a creamy sauce, with rosemary, garlic, mustard, and a splash of brandy.
