Rossini Ristorante Italiano is a family business that brings authentic Italian food to the town of Hinckley in Leicestershire. Sardinian-born owner and head chef Nico Sini creates menus that offer the best of traditional Italian cooking together with dishes that have a more contemporary feel.
Nico is supported in the restaurant by family members including his wife, Rosina. At the front of the house, our dedicated Italian waiting staff provide the warm hospitality and attentive service that our diners expect and deserve.
